Why should I deep clean my ionizer?
Deep cleaning maintenance should be more than a birthday. Regular deep cleaning ensures maximum performance, because you're in charge. Ionization plates are the most important part of your water ionizer. A well maintained water ionizer equals healthier ionized water and peace of mind that you're drinking and sharing your best. Deep cleaning also eliminates the need to waste beauty water flushing your plate chamber while waiting for your yearly birthday deep cleaning which in some many never happens anyway.
What is the warranty period on the Ion Cleaner Plus™?
We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. This includes tank leaks, and the submersable pump, providing the end user does not run the unit dry and uses the specified citric acid powder recommended for deep cleaning in the quickstart guide.
How often should I clean my water ionizer?
As Kangen Water® Ionizer owners ourselves, we recommend deep cleaning Kangen Water® ionizers on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. However, we have also found that our regularly deep cleaned water ionizers have functioned extremely well for up to 3 months between deep cleaning. If you are a distributor who shares Kangen Water,® regular deep cleaning should be a no brainier. Frequency of cleaning should also be determined by the quality of the water in your area. Pre filtration also greatly enhances ionized water quality and taste.
How can I be sure I won't harm my ionizer?
